Student Management System (SMS) deals with managing Courses, Students, Online Class, Student Evolution, Managing Attendance and Students Final Report.
There will be four types of users Student, Faculty, Admin & Super admin. Calling a Student
In the office we have an ID STATION, this is like telephone but not look like telephone. Id station id s device too. In the actual class, when it’s already time to call the students that’s the time that the teachers will copy and paste the number of the students in the id station and press ok. It’s like that you’re dialing the number and waiting for the person who will answer the telephone. We will use id station to call the students and the students just use their mobile or their land line. It’s like we’re dialing the number but not manual. And if the time is already finished that’s the time that the teachers will say bye in a good way than end the call. And then click end class. It’s like that you’re talking with someone in the telephone but using headset and need to follow the system.
Message Board:
In the office this is the main part of the teacher where she can communicate with others such as Team leader, administration staff, managers, colleagues.
They can reply on those messages, we can click that, like the example, click the title of the message and than you can see the message that the teachers have.
Schedule Screen
Teachers can see how many students she has on specific date.
Lesson Plan
In the office we have different books for beginner, intermediate, high and for the advance students. It should have the writer and the author.
Its depends on what kind of students that the teachers have, for example beginner, and the book of the students ENGLISH TIME 2, this book is more on coloring ages 9 to 14 but based on the knowledge of the students.
